CSR COMMITMENT
Becoming a responsible and committed business model for our stakeholders, employees and society is the ambitious goal we have set for ourselves. In 2019, we won a gold medal for our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) performance awarded by Ecovadis.

ENVIRONMENT
How can we continue to develop and produce without compromising the needs of future generations? This is a major challenge that we want to meet, a challenge that also represents a great responsibility that we are ready to overcome. We assume this responsibility both towards our customers and towards the environment. Our motto is "sustainability". In this environmental report, we show you that we are not only assuming our share of responsibility towards the environment, but also that we are ready to do everything possible to protect and respect the environment. We have developed green business models at company level because sustainable development is an approach that JULIEN SAS attaches importance to. The search for a balance between the three poles that constitute it (environmental, social, economic) is an imperative that is exercised on a daily basis, a constraint, certainly, but also a source of innovation.

Pierre's testimony - fibromyalgia - "When I say that I am disabled when I apply, I don't get any answers, or even negative ones. But when I don't mention it, I wait until the end of the interview and watch with amusement their reaction. Often they say to me: "Really? But it doesn't show?! And then, the days go by and I never hear from them again. IN JULIEN SAS, THIS KIND OF SITUATION DOES NOT EXIST. Indeed, a precise selection of external service providers is established and maintained in order to encourage the employment of people with disabilities in our internal actions as well as those of our clients. A whistleblower procedure was also set up in parallel with the creation of the CSR Committee in 2017 in order to combat all forms of discrimination as much as possible.

ETHICS
JULIEN SAS promotes a culture of integrity and has a zero tolerance policy towards fraud and corruption. Ethical and lawful conduct must therefore be the absolute rule for all company employees, at all levels of the company, without exception. We have therefore adopted a Code of Ethics to complement the Ethics Charter.
